Enigma City

Enigma City is an unusual escape room that takes place in much larger sets than a classic escape room, blending elements of police investigation and adventure games. You don't book a room: you book a mission, during which you get to explore a fictional city.

Missions are designed for teams of 3 to 6 players. If you book for a group of 3, 4 or 5 people, you can add 1 or 2 extra players, up to a maximum of 6 players per mission.

Our missions cannot host more than 6 people per team. For groups of 7 to 12 people, you can book two missions on the same time slot; 13 to 18 people, three missions; and 19 to 24 participants, all four missions. You will play in parallel and may cross paths during the game, as you will at times share the same play area.

We offer a giant scenario, different from our four regular missions, hosting up to 60 participants simultaneously in a single game zone. It is designed primarily for companies and team outings. Please contact us by phone or email at least 3 weeks before your event to make a booking.

Yes, playing as a pair is entirely possible, but it makes the game harder. As our rates are based on groups of 3 or more, you will pay for a group of 3 even if there are only 2 of you.

No other players will join your group: your mission is played exclusively with your team, and the locations specific to your mission are accessible only to you. However, Enigma City is a lively city, and you may cross paths with other groups playing other missions in the city's alleys and bars. Interactions between groups can happen, potentially adding to the immersion of your experience.

No, the missions can be played in any order.

Yes — all our missions are fully playable in English, except Disparitions, which is played in French only.

Yes, the game takes place entirely indoors: no need to worry about the weather.

Allow 1h30 on site: the game itself lasts about 1 hour, plus 15 minutes for welcome and instructions, and 15 minutes of debriefing at the end. Please arrive on time: the rotation between scenarios does not allow us to welcome you early or take you in late.

Groups follow one another at regular intervals: being late may reduce your playing time so as not to impact the following sessions. Please let us know if you are running slightly late. From 30 minutes late, we will no longer be able to welcome you: the game will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Children aged 12 and over can take part in our missions, provided they are accompanied by at least two adults. Adult accompaniment is no longer required from age 15.

Yes, the game is air-conditioned to guarantee optimal comfort. You won't have to worry about heat or humidity during your mission.

Some missions may include physical passages, depending on the mission. Check each mission's description to find out more. If you have any concerns or physical limitations, let us know before booking so we can recommend a suitable mission.

Yes, you can book several missions on the same day and chain the experiences. Each mission hosts a maximum of 6 participants: if your group has 6 people or fewer, you can for example book a first mission at 2pm and a second at 4pm.

The game is highly immersive and everyone may experience it differently depending on their sensitivity, but none of the missions is genuinely scary.

No, the game requires no particular knowledge or culture. What matters most is your ability to think and work as a team to solve the puzzles. Logic and determination will be your best weapons.

The game is not yet accessible to people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. For any accessibility questions, please contact us by email.

If you ask on arrival, taking photos with your phone during the game is allowed. Filming your entire experience is not permitted; however, you may take short videos during your mission.

Bookings are non-refundable. To change your booking, click “View/modify booking” in your confirmation email. No changes can be made from 3 days before the scheduled date: it is therefore normal for the modification link to stop working past that point.

Payment is made at the time of online booking, by card: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Maestro and Electron cards are not accepted). You can also visit us in person to pay by cheque or cash.
